The atmosphere and flavours of the old tradition

With its care for the authentic traditions and products Badia di Sasso is the ideal place to savour the unmistakable old flavours of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennine.
All recipes are personally cooked by our Chef with highly selected products and, mostly coming from local farmers.

Particular attention has been given to the choice of oil and wine, along with bread which is often baked by the Chef to be matched to the various dishes and home-made pasta in the most typical Romagna tradition.
